WebJul 8, 2024 · DD-WRT never overwrote the CFE. The only firmware that overwrote the CFE was Xvortex. Xvortex is a ILLEGAL Firmware. You have No access to source code, and it uses modules Licensed only to ASUS on Netgear routers. Use DD-WRT or Freshtomato, they both have there strong and weak points, I have used both. Top.
