WebI bought a leather chaise sofa from Raymour and Flannigan on August 15, 2024. I also bought the platinum protection plan. The sofa is paid in full. I complained about the chaise because the cushion is lumpy and uneven. A guy came to repair it in September. However, the front of the chaise sunk back in the end was higher than the front again.
