WebMar 14, 2013 · Just received 6 Baofeng BF-888s -- I am using the most recent Chirp update of 20160201. Four of the 6 program both the Memories and the Settings changes with no problem. Two of the radios only load changes to Memories but not to Settings. The error code reads "Failed to send block to radio at 02b0. WebFirst - Uninstall all the software and drivers associated with the USB cable and the 888's. Yes uninstall CHiRP as you really do not need it.
