In Dynamic Programming we go with (2.) where we maintain a table, bottom up by solving subproblems using the data saved in the table, commonly referred as the dp-table. WebDynamic Pro-gramming is a general approach to solving problems, much like “divide-and-conquer” is a general method, except that unlike divide-and-conquer, the subproblemswill typically overlap. This lecture we will present two ways of thinking about Dynamic Programming as well as a few examples.
